Optimyxin Plus:  EachmL of eye/ear solution contains: polymyxin B sulfate 10000 units, gramicidin 0.025mg and neomycin sulfate 2.5mg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: benzalkonium chloride, boric acid, ethyl alcohol, hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH), poloxamer and purified water. Thimerosal-free. Plastic dropper bottles of 10mL. Store between 15and30°C.
